We supply semi-finished products in the form of tubes, rods and pressed profiles based on our prepregs. Our tubes, rods and profiles are also raw material for our machining. We are happy to manufacture components according to your specifications.
Special qualities and the development of application-specific materials are also possible.
Winding
Our extensive range of mandrels for the production of round tubes enables the winding of tubes with internal diameters ranging from 2.3 to over 1000 mm and lengths of up to 2200 mm. We can rely on the complete range of prepregs from the VRI Composites' product lines and adapt our pipes perfectly to your requirements. The availability of several mandrels with the same diameter guarantees short delivery times even for larger orders.
Profiles
We can also offer you channels and solid rods in various geometries manufactured by compression molding. These can be expanded with additional components to form groups that are made up of several parts.
In addition, several materials can be combined during the pressing process. Such sandwich materials cleverly combine various properties to create a high-performance material for specific applications.
